About This Role
- Own end-to-end UI/UX design process for new features and enhancements in AI-powered SaaS healthcare products.
- Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive, scalable, and responsive product experiences including dashboards, workflows, and data-heavy interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams from requirement gathering through implementation and ensure consistent design system standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in Figma including Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
- Experience designing SaaS, B2B, or enterprise applications with complex workflows, dashboards, forms, and reports.
- Work Experience Required: 4–6 years in relevant UI/UX roles.

- Experienced in simplifying complex enterprise workflows and creating user-friendly AI-powered product experiences.
- Comfortable independently owning design projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers.
- Has strong product thinking ability beyond visual/UI design, with attention to detail and skills in stakeholder management.
