About This Role
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI-driven and digital solutions to enhance Quality processes, compliance, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Quality and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into AI/ML technology solutions and assist in data preparation, validation, and deployment.
- Contribute to digital transformation and system integration efforts within laboratory and quality systems, including LIMS enhancements, in a regulated environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AI or quality system-related roles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn new technologies.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

- Operates well in cross-functional teams including Quality, IT, and laboratory environments, focusing on regulated compliance and digital transformation.
- Has hands-on exposure or familiarity with LIMS systems and basic AI/ML or data analytics concepts.
