About This Role
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Fairdeal's Auto Replenishment System to improve stock availability, reduce stock-outs, and optimize working capital.
- Build scalable forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization products for dark stores and supply chain operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate procurement and inventory workflows with operational systems and ensure product adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Supply Chain Technology, Inventory Management, Procurement, or Logistics products.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of replenishment, forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain processes.
- Proficient in SQL, MongoDB, dashboard/BI tools; experience with ERP, WMS, OMS integrations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end supply chain or inventory technology products, especially in fast-paced, high-growth startups.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex supply chain problems into scalable tech solutions.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Procurement, and Operations to deliver measurable business impact.
