About This Role
- Support and provide primary user assistance for BY Planning solutions in Demand/Strategy and Supply Planning across various modules such as IO, OP, S&OP, FP, SCP, ESP, Demand, Fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Consulting, and Cloud services to understand, enhance, and troubleshoot implemented solution designs based on customer business requirements.
- Identify root causes, provide permanent solutions, implement monitoring and performance tuning, and advise customers on industry best practices and process methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 4-11 years of IT experience with minimum 4 years in JDA/BY Enterprise Supply Chain product with techno-functional experience.
- Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and data structures.
- Ability to provide 24x7/Weekend support during on-call periods.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to design, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise supply chain planning solutions.
- Strong technical debugging and programming skills, including knowledge of Java and hands-on expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with supply chain planning workflows and practical knowledge of BY products and configurations to facilitate client business processes.
