About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for India and global roles, including sourcing, hiring, and candidate experience.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies using various sourcing methods including social media and headhunting to build strong talent pipelines.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and the Performance & Culture team globally to support strategic talent acquisition initiatives and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Talent Acquisition and direct recruiting experience in a global SaaS or Technology company.
- Experience recruiting across India, APAC, EMEA, and US regions, handling multiple searches simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and skilled in direct hiring methods like Boolean searches, advertising, and referrals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced recruiter familiar with managing global roles across multiple geographies like India, APAC, EMEA, and US.
- Able to independently lead hiring processes and build professional relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable operating in a high-volume recruitment environment with strategic focus on diversity and candidate experience.
