About This Role
- Gather and document business requirements for trading, exchange, and RMS platforms, including crypto trading workflows.
- Serve as liaison among business stakeholders, product, and technology teams to ensure requirement clarity and implementation accuracy.
- Conduct gap and impact analyses, oversee UAT processes, and support product releases addressing functional and business issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in Stock Exchanges, Commodity Exchanges, Brokerage Platforms, FinTech, or Cryptocurrency domains.
- Qualifications: B.E / B.Tech / BSc / MCA / BCA mandatory.
- Knowledge of crypto exchange operations, digital assets, and crypto trading workflows required.
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, data analysis, and understanding of Capital Markets regulatory and compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end trading functionalities including order management, trade lifecycle, risk controls, and settlement.
- Skilled in preparing formal documentation like BRD, FRS, user stories, and process flow diagrams for complex domain requirements.
- Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (development, QA, stakeholders) to ensure solution feasibility and continuous improvement.
