About This Role
- Drive end-to-end development of market-ready product components using AI-augmented tools with minimal supervision.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines for cloud-native deployments.
- Validate AI-generated code, ensure high software quality, and integrate AI frameworks to automate engineering workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant software/product engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with microservices architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, distributed systems, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP focusing on containers and orchestration.
- Mandatory hybrid work model with minimum 3 days per week in Bangalore office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in using and evaluating AI engineering tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude to accelerate development.
- Proficient in cloud-native application design with focus on scalable, observable, secure architectures.
- Able to own full product lifecycle from concept to production in Agile, cross-functional teams with product management and design collaboration.
