About This Role
- Lead the design and delivery of advanced data-driven solutions to improve operational performance across Network Operations Center (NOC) and Airport Operations.
- Manage and mentor analytics teams while advancing the use of automation, AI/LLM tools, and modern data platforms to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.
- Engage with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable business insights that drive measurable operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or related quantitative discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, operations research, or related analytical field.
- 2+ years of experience leading analytics projects, managing cross-functional initiatives, or guiding analytical teams/AI-enabled solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI, and AI/LLM tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).

- Experienced leader capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in fast-paced, complex operational environments.
- Strong technical proficiency combined with business acumen, able to translate data analytics into clear, executive-level communications and recommendations.
