About This Role
- Analyze client HR processes and recommend improvements focused on workforce transformation.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into scalable HR process designs and system requirements.
- Support and participate in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, including solution design, testing, user adoption, and process optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in HR Consulting, HR Transformation, HR Business Partner roles, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, or People Advisory.
- Experience with consulting organizations, GCCs, BFSI, Logistics, Manufacturing, or large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Bachelor's degree, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's degree in any field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in HR advisory or transformation projects with measurable exposure to HR audits, governance, talent strategy, succession planning, performance management, or recruitment transformations.
- Skilled in conducting stakeholder workshops and presenting recommendations to leadership.
- Capable of translating business requirements into process and system solutions, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
