Experienced in ERP-e-commerce integration projects including process/data mapping and evaluation of integration approaches with native APIs and middleware.
Skilled in discovery, current-state assessment, gap analysis, phased roadmap planning, and client-grade documentation under formal governance.
Familiar with tools like Jira/Azure Boards, Confluence, plus knowledge of Agile ceremonies and stakeholder management in a formal IT services delivery context.
