About This Role
- Gather and document detailed business/functional requirements for supply chain management and e-commerce integration projects.
- Lead platform assessment, rebuild, and modernization programs for mid-market ERP and e-commerce platforms with focus on B2B/B2C retail and industrial distribution verticals.
- Bridge clients and delivery teams, manage change requests, impact analysis, and support QA/UAT throughout project lifecycle with adherence to Agile methods.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of business analyst experience in IT services or product development with supply chain, ERP, or logistics exposure.
- Hands-on BA experience on at least one mid-market ERP (e.g., Sage, Infor System21, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 BusinessCentral).
- Hands-on BA experience on at least one e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce).
- Availability for early morning hours overlapping with AEST timezone; strong Agile/Scrum experience required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in ERP-e-commerce integration projects including process/data mapping and evaluation of integration approaches with native APIs and middleware.
- Skilled in discovery, current-state assessment, gap analysis, phased roadmap planning, and client-grade documentation under formal governance.
- Familiar with tools like Jira/Azure Boards, Confluence, plus knowledge of Agile ceremonies and stakeholder management in a formal IT services delivery context.
