About This Role
- Own implementation and support of Microsoft 365 and Security solutions including migrations, modernization, and configuration of Identity and Endpoint management technologies.
- Lead security assessments, health checks, troubleshooting complex M365 and security issues, and ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices and governance standards.
- Produce technical documentation (HLDs, LLDs, SOPs), participate in customer workshops, POCs, and collaborate with architects and engineering teams during delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft 365, and security workloads including tenant deployments and migrations.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365 Administration, Security (Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM), Intune, Defender products, Purview, Sentinel, PowerShell, and Azure Administration.
- Experience leading customer engagements, workstreams, and mentoring junior consultants for senior level.
- Location requirement: Noida.

- Proven delivery capability in independently managing projects including documentation and stakeholder communication.
