About This Role
- Support and optimize Disney’s Edge Security platforms including Akamai KONA Site Defender, WAF, and Bot Manager Premier across global brands.
- Drive automated security solutions within a DevSecOps culture, ensuring applications meet security standards ahead of key product launches and critical periods.
- Collaborate with global information security and development teams to maintain compliance, operational excellence, and application stability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in site reliability or security engineering.
- Proficiency with Akamai security platforms: Bot Manager Premier, WAF, and KONA Site Defender.
- Experience with Splunk, App-Dynamics, code management tools like GitHub, and automation tools such as Ansible or Chef.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- Experienced in secure platform operation within large, global digital environments supporting thousands of teams.
- Comfortable operating in an agile DevSecOps setting with a focus on automated security and compliance.
