About This Role
- Lead architecture and modernization of Prime Services Technology platforms, focusing on Securities Lending and Prime Brokerage.
- Define and execute target-state architecture emphasizing cloud-native, microservices, real-time event-driven systems, and AI-assisted development.
- Ensure platform scalability, resiliency, performance, and operational excellence while collaborating with global stakeholders across Business, Trading, Operations, and Product.
Minimum Requirements
- 20+ years of software engineering, architecture, and technology leadership experience in Capital Markets.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance, low-latency distributed systems and platforms.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud-native AWS architectures including EKS/Kubernetes, Lambda, Terraform/CloudFormation, and real-time streaming technologies like Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of Domain Driven Design, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, API-first design, and AI-powered software engineering practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale modernization initiatives and define technology roadmaps for mission-critical Capital Markets platforms.
- Strong technical leadership balancing strategic architecture vision with hands-on engineering, particularly in cloud-native and real-time event-driven systems.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional global teams including Business, Trading, Operations, and Product to deliver highly available, resilient, and compliant platforms.
