Experience with automation tools like Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and programming languages such as Java.
Extensive background in full stack and cloud monitoring specifically with SaaS products and proactive client support.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating across product, engineering and operations functions.
Familiarity with financial trading systems is a plus but not mandatory.
