About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of 5 FP&A professionals covering ICON region markets (Canada, Mexico, LR COE, LATAM) ensuring accurate, timely financial planning, forecasting, and consolidated performance reporting.
- Own the end-to-end ICON FP&A budget cycle, performance reviews, and financial storytelling, translating complex multi-market financials into actionable insights for business leaders.
- Drive process standardization, operational excellence, and stakeholder collaboration across markets and with other COEs; promote AI and automation tools within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling across multi-country, multi-currency portfolios and diverse commercial models.
- Based in Hyderabad with approximately 50% in-person work; minimal travel expected.
- Work Experience Required: 10-14 years in FP&A or related function.
