About This Role
- Lead and manage the FP&A Operating Expense planning and forecasting team for the Hyderabad market, supporting regional and market COE stakeholders.
- Drive process standardization, improvement, and adoption of digital/automation/AI solutions within FP&A to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision support.
- Act as a key liaison between finance and business units to provide financial insights, manage risks, and support performance improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-14 years of relevant work experience in financial planning and analysis, especially operating expense planning.

- Mandatory expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and use of modern BI and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, Power Automate).
