About This Role
- Provide comprehensive financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support Project Managers and Delivery teams ensuring compliance with financial governance and deadlines.
- Establish and maintain project financial controls, budgets, forecasts, and perform variance analysis to enable effective project tracking, profitability analysis, and decision-making.
- Lead financial activities including revenue recognition, billing validation, month-end close processes, and support Project Review Boards with financial insights to improve project profitability and cash performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years experience in Project Finance, Financial Control, Project Accounting, FP&A, or Business Finance roles.
- Strong understanding of project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and profitability management.
- Professional accounting qualification preferred (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Able to partner effectively with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial control and governance.
- Experienced in handling end-to-end project financial management within complex environments adhering to global standards such as IFRS.
- Comfortable working with financial systems and delivering detailed variance analysis, forecasts, and financial reports to senior stakeholders.
