Lead end-to-end technical product ownership including developing solution architectures, containerization, CI/CD, cloud-native rollouts, and integration with AI/ML models like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face.

Engage stakeholders across Transaction Management, Lease Administration, and Consulting to translate complex workflows into technical blueprints, deliver training, and iterate solutions based on telemetry data.

10+ years experience in product management, technical solution architecture, or AI/ML engineering, with hands-on AI development and enterprise AI deployment exposure.

Mandatory technical skills include GenAI, LLM, Hugging Face, Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow/Keras, Langchain, LangGraph, Docker, Kubernetes.

Education: Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology with preference for MBA/MCA or Master of Engineering.

Work Experience Required: 3+ years specific to listed skills and domains (discrepancy with 10+ years for managerial role; evaluate accordingly).

Experienced in complex AI/ML system architectures and enterprise-grade cloud-native deployments with proficiency in integration, scalability, and observability.

Deep understanding of commercial real estate domain workflows (Transaction Management, Lease Administration) and ability to map these into automation opportunities.

Skilled in translating technical complexity to diverse stakeholders and managing multi-stream technical projects in agile or SAFe environments.
