About This Role
- Review, interpret, and process complex commercial contracts, ensuring accurate data entry and validation aligned with agreement terms.
- Perform quality assurance on contract data and controls; monitor operational priorities and service levels to maintain data integrity.
- Resolve complex contract queries, provide guidance to stakeholders, and support continuous improvement and automation initiatives in contract operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Commerce or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in contract administration, rights and royalties, finance or legal operations, or comparable environment.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and resolving cross-functional or regional issues.
- Working knowledge of contract, rights, royalty, and workflow tools; must be able to learn additional platforms used by global contract processing teams.

- Experienced in interpreting complex contract terms with strong analytical judgement to assess risks and recommend actions.
- Demonstrates ownership by prioritizing effectively, following issues to closure, and consistently meeting service expectations.
