About This Role
- Own end-to-end royalty operations including statement preparation, payment processing, reconciliations, adjustments, and author inquiries across multiple international markets.
- Analyze large financial data sets to identify discrepancies, support audits, controls, and escalate risks with documented recommendations.
- Deliver accurate operational reporting, support process improvement, and collaborate on system and automation initiatives without direct people management responsibility.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in financial operations, royalty operations, publishing, rights administration, or similar high-volume transaction environments.
- Experience with financial data handling, reconciliations, payment processes, operational controls, and issue resolution.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under limited supervision.
