Minimum 2 years of experience with EDI systems including HIPAA knowledge, RDBMS, Web Apps, Tomcat, APIs, MFT, automation scripting, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Kubernetes.
Experienced in supporting complex enterprise software products within healthcare or related regulated environments impacting customer adoption and performance.
Able to independently troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and reproduce customer issues in controlled environments while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
Technical operator skilled in automation script development, code modification, and proactive issue resolution with ability to mentor peers and manage escalations.
