Experience managing full lifecycle of product-development projects from initiation through prototyping to release and closure.
Proven skills in project planning, scheduling, budget management, risk management, and governance with hands-on use of project portfolio or financial reporting tools.
Strong expertise in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams across electrical, mechanical, software, validation, certification, and manufacturing workstreams globally.
Experienced in driving gated product-development processes and engaging senior stakeholders through structured project updates and governance.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets including labor, materials, prototypes, certification, and services with financial variance analysis and escalation.
