About This Role
- Lead and manage medium to high complexity global GBS migration and transition projects from initiation to closure, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
- Develop and execute integrated change management plans including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption to embed sustainable process changes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, Global Process Owners, and PMOs to drive alignment, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of project and change management experience in complex, global environments, including multi-country and cross-functional projects.
- Proven experience leading medium to high complexity transformation or non-IT business migration/transition initiatives.
- PMP certification and fluent English required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex global transformation projects involving multiple stakeholders and process standardization/optimization.
- Strong dual capability in both project delivery and change management with ability to influence senior leadership and drive adoption.
- Comfortable operating within Global Business Services (GBS) or similar cross-functional environments with proven coaching abilities for project teams.
