About This Role
- Own and manage the P&L of the region, driving revenue targets, cost efficiency, and profitability for premium vacation homes.
- Lead supply acquisition by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding premium properties while ensuring operational and service standards.
- Drive business development initiatives and operational excellence by defining KPIs, improving workflows, and scaling teams and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, supply acquisition, or strategic growth, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or vacation rentals.
- Proven track record of P&L ownership and leading revenue-driven teams managing a ₹5 Cr+ business unit and 20+ team members/vendors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Location requirement: Jaipur.
