About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end holiday operations including booking confirmation to trip completion for domestic and international packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, transport, internal sales teams, and other partners to ensure timely confirmations and smooth trip execution.
- Handle booking documents (vouchers, itineraries), amendments, cancellations, refunds, and resolve operational customer issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years experience in holiday/travel operations managing end-to-end holiday packages.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; preference for Travel & Tourism or Hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and/or international holiday destinations.
- Location: Delhi, Connaught Place.

- Experienced in coordinating multiple stakeholders including service suppliers and internal sales teams to ensure flawless execution of travel packages.
- Comfortable with high operational ownership, managing end-to-end booking processes, and proactively resolving issues.
- Background in travel operations with detailed understanding of holiday package logistics and customer requirements.
