About This Role
- Own all operational aspects of UK payroll including tax issue resolution, government agency communication, and payroll audits.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and product teams to ensure UK payroll software supports local compliance and resolve product-related issues.
- Drive timely filings, payments, and customer service for UK payroll within Rippling's global payroll operations team.
Minimum Requirements
- Deep expertise in UK payroll and tax compliance, including tax calculations, filings, and HMRC dispute resolution.
- Minimum 3+ years in a client-facing payroll or related role involving direct customer interaction.
- Ability to work overlapping GMT hours (proposed 1 PM - 10 PM IST schedule).
- Excellent English verbal and written communication; experience managing customer support tickets.

- Experienced in handling UK payroll audits, disputes, and government communications, demonstrating strong operational ownership.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams on payroll software enhancements and issue resolution.
