About This Role
- Serve as the primary liaison between Controllers, Finance stakeholders, and SAP CO Center of Excellence to align business priorities with SAP Controlling solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering, demand management, and end-to-end SAP Controlling transformation initiatives across various business models (MTS, MTO, ETO, Services, Software).
- Provide functional leadership in SAP Controlling modules (Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA, Cost Object Controlling) and drive process improvements, automation, and compliance in financial controlling.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP CO consulting, Finance Transformation, Controlling, or Management Accounting.
- Mandatory experience managing a team of 4–5 members.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Controlling modules including Product Costing, Material Ledger, CO-PA, Cost Object Controlling, Allocation Cycles, Profit Center Accounting.
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; Remote work is not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in SAP Controlling with proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder collaboration in global and multicultural environments.
- Background in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, Project Business, or Global Capability Center contexts preferred.
- Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end SAP implementations or major transformation projects and driving process standardization and automation in finance.
