About This Role
- Lead and manage 24x7 SOC operations ensuring high-quality alert monitoring, triage, and incident response across multiple markets.
- Own SOC service performance against KPIs like MTTT, MTTR, triage quality, and SLA adherence with measurable improvements.
- Drive SOC transformation by embedding automation, SOAR, and AI capabilities and govern their adoption to strengthen cyber defence.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in security operations, including at least 4+ years in SOC leadership or senior incident response roles.
- Strong expertise with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar) and familiarity with EDR/NDR technologies.
- Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, or vendor-specific SOC certifications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader of large-scale 24x7 SOC teams with a track record of improving operational KPIs and managing complex incident response.
- Technical authority in incident response and SOC automation with strong knowledge of network, endpoint, and cloud security plus MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Strategic thinker focused on integrating AI-driven transformation, governance, and continuous operational improvement in global cyber defence.
