About This Role
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Software Developers, DevOps Engineers, Project Managers), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Lead employee engagement activities such as onboarding, performance review support, grievance handling, and organizing culture events.
- Manage HR operations including policy maintenance, compliance, attendance, documentation, and utilizing AI tools for process efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA in HR is mandatory.
- 2 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring technical roles is required.
- Location: Hyderabad (Office-based) with working hours 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing full-cycle recruitment specifically for technical positions within fast-moving startup environments.
- Capable of handling multiple HR functions simultaneously including operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Comfortable working onsite in Hyderabad following fixed working hours.
