Certifications: Recognized cybersecurity or OT security certification (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, etc.) or demonstrable progress towards one.
Experienced strategic leader who can translate business priorities and threat intelligence into actionable security engineering outcomes.
Proven ability to lead complex security programs and distributed teams across multiple geographies with a delivery-focused mindset.
Strong collaborator and influencer with technical expertise to work across product, engineering, regulatory, and cyber defense functions in regulated manufacturing environments.
