About This Role
- Develop and deliver AI-driven and deterministic rules-based healthcare automation solutions across the full stack, from database to frontend, impacting prior authorization processes.
- Contribute to the functional and technical roadmap, lead feature design, development, testing, delivery, and occasional production support within a cloud platform environment.
- Implement and help maintain information security policies and practices under guidance of the Information Security Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of full-time software development experience covering the full software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Java/Groovy or Python; experience with React and JavaScript (TypeScript is a plus).
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS or Azure; familiarity with relational (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (Dynamo, Elastic, Mongo) databases.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and deploying full stack web applications in fast-paced environments with high ownership across SDLC phases.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including product and design to deliver high-quality user experiences in healthcare or related domains.
- Familiar with software development best practices including version control, unit testing, CI/CD; some exposure to test frameworks or AI/LLM integration is a plus but not mandatory.
