About This Role
- Provide application support for Sureify SaaS products including troubleshooting production issues and maintaining expertise on the products.
- Identify root causes for technical issues using PHP, MySQL/Postgres, and TypeScript and collaborate to resolve complex problems within SLA.
- Develop knowledge articles, runbooks, and troubleshooting documentation to support ongoing customer service during US shift hours (10 PM IST to 7 AM IST).
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 4 years experience as a full-stack software engineer in PHP, TypeScript, and SQL (MySQL/Postgres).
- Experience in enterprise software application support handling high-severity and complex production issues.
- Proven ability to analyze application logs, database records, and system behavior to identify root causes of issues.
- Work timing: Must be able to work US business hours (10 PM IST to 7 AM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in B2B SaaS production support with demonstrated troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills under SLA constraints.
- Comfortable communicating complex technical information clearly to customers in English.
- Familiar with technologies such as RESTful APIs and partner integrations (e.g., DocuSign, Okta) to enhance support effectiveness.
