About This Role
- Own integration and optimization of Battery Management System (BMS) solutions for electric vehicle applications, ensuring successful customer adoption.
- Serve as technical liaison between R&D and customers, handling requirement elicitation, troubleshooting, and technical negotiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align BMS design and deployment with project objectives and industry standards compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in embedded electronics with focus on batteries and BMS.
- Proficiency in embedded system engineering, digital/analog electronics, and communication protocols (CAN, J1939, SPI).
- Strong programming skills in Embedded C and experience with JSON.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in stakeholder management, requirement elicitation, and technical negotiation in EV BMS domain.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments with customers, R&D, and suppliers.
- Knowledgeable about EV industry standards such as ISO26262, UL standards, AIS is a plus but not mandatory.
