About This Role
- Own and maintain embedded Linux build infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps to enable secure, reliable software delivery.
- Manage infrastructure and automation using Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes; support firmware OTA updates and multi-board deployments in embedded/IoT environments.
- Implement monitoring, security, compliance, and artifact management tools; optimize build processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software lifecycle and developer productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure with proven embedded Linux systems expertise.
- Mandatory skills: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines), ARM cross-toolchains, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Yocto/Buildroot, Python, Bash, PowerShell, VMWARE vSphere.
- Experience required in continuous integration/delivery, embedded Linux build systems, and related cloud and container technologies; Cisco certifications or other industry certifications are a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced in embedded Linux and firmware development with strong knowledge of ARM architecture and real-time/IoT systems, preferably in automotive or industrial sectors.
- Technical leadership capability evidenced by ownership of complex build infrastructure and toolchain automation for multi-architecture platforms.
- Skilled in cross-team collaboration to drive continuous improvement in tooling and software lifecycle efficiency in agile environments.
