Experienced leader capable of driving large-scale SSD firmware validation programs and managing cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments.
Strong technical expertise in NVMe/PCIe storage protocols, SSD architecture, and hyperscale/datacenter environments with a focus on customer qualification and quality improvement.
Proficient in AI-assisted engineering workflows, applying AI/ML techniques for automation, failure analysis, and predictive quality analytics to accelerate validation and reduce manual efforts.
