About This Role
- Own the strategy and execution of AI-driven autonomous IT operations, targeting 100% elimination of L1 support and 50% reduction in L2 support effort through automation and self-healing frameworks.
- Lead infrastructure engineering and site reliability engineering (SRE) practices across data center, cloud, and hybrid environments to ensure 99.5%+ uptime and significant reduction in incident resolution times (MTTR 1 hour).
- Drive IT modernization and innovation initiatives, including implementation of Agentic AI, automated incident management, and CI/CD modernization with AI integration.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field (B.E./BTech preferred).
- 14+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering, SRE, DevOps, and IT operations automation.
- Hands-on expertise with AIOps platforms, Agentic AI, autonomous operations, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI), Kubernetes, IaC, scripting (Python/Shell), and ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
- Proven leadership experience managing transformation initiatives in large-scale, distributed IT environments with strong focus on automation and reliability.
