About This Role
- Define and drive cloud architecture strategy and standards for enterprise platforms within the Intellectual Property domain.
- Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud-native solutions on Azure and AWS, including leading modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Provide architectural guidance, establish reusable patterns, and lead cloud governance initiatives including security, compliance, and FinOps.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, cloud architecture, or enterprise platform delivery.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud solutions on Azure and/or AWS with knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, OpenShift).
- Strong understanding of networking, identity management, security architecture, cloud governance, cloud cost optimization, and cloud operational governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading application modernization programs including re-platforming, refactoring, and cloud transformation in enterprise environments.
- Skilled at aligning technology strategy with business objectives via collaboration with Enterprise Architects and cross-functional teams.
- Capable of driving adoption of modern architecture approaches such as microservices, event-driven architecture, APIs, and platform engineering to enable digital transformation.
