About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable software solutions in an agile environment with ownership from requirements through production support.
- Lead service and API design decisions including performance, scaling, concurrency, and reliability tradeoffs.
- Drive engineering standards, quality engineering and automation, operational excellence including observability and incident response, and embed security practices in the delivery process.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP including building and operating cloud services.
- 5+ years of experience in at least one core programming language (Java, Kotlin, Python, TypeScript) with strong CS fundamentals (Data Structures & Algorithms, OOP, clean coding).
- Demonstrated experience designing and building APIs/services with practical knowledge of performance, scaling, caching, concurrency.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong operational mindset with experience in observability, production support, incident triage, and root cause analysis in a regulated environment.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with ability to validate AI outputs for code quality, performance, and security.
- Experience leading technical design reviews, influencing architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and improving delivery reliability and safety.
