About This Role
- Contribute to analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of new or revised application systems meeting business needs.
- Monitor and control all phases of development process including feasibility, cost/time estimates, application development, and provide user support.
- Act as SME and advisor, recommending advanced programming solutions and ensuring compliance with operational and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications with Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, MQ messaging systems, NoSQL databases (MongoDB), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Lightspeed), and OpenShift deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 7-12 years relevant experience in applications development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-level Java backend development with strong microservices and messaging system expertise.
- Skilled in full development lifecycle with capability to operate independently and provide SME guidance.
- Familiarity or interest in applying AI-powered developer tools to enhance software development lifecycle is a plus.
