Lead Senior Associate | Workato | Hyderabad | Engineering as a Service/ Operate

Own end-to-end design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Workato-based integration projects.

Translate business requirements into technical designs and develop scalable, complex integration flows using Workato, ensuring adherence to standards.

Mentor junior consultants and analysts; estimate project efforts and manage stakeholder communication to ensure smooth integration delivery.

6–7 years experience in A2A and B2B integrations with at least 4 years hands-on Workato experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.

Relevant Workato certifications: Automation Pro 1, 2, and 3 are mandatory.

Proficiency in SQL, JSON, XML, one programming language (preferably JavaScript), and solid knowledge of API/web services (REST, SOAP).

Experienced in implementing complex, scalable, high-volume integrations including real-time, batch, and ETL.

Comfortable acting as liaison between application teams and stakeholders, capable of managing expectations and communication effectively.

Has practical expertise in cloud and on-premise integrations along with authorization/authentication protocols (WS-Security, OAuth).
