About This Role
- Lead and manage global enterprise network operations and infrastructure migrations across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Own execution of large-scale infrastructure migration projects including adherence to scheduled 12-hour weekend migration windows.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data privacy standards through operational leadership and coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise networking with Cisco Enterprise Routing & Switching and Cisco Nexus Data Center platforms.
- Proficiency in network automation and programmability using Python, Ansible, Terraform, and REST APIs.
- Prior experience delivering large-scale enterprise or financial services infrastructure migrations.
- Experience managing global teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading multi-region network operations supporting AMER, EMEA, and APAC business hours.
- Strong technical background with Cisco enterprise networking and data center technologies combined with network automation skills.
- Capable of managing complex migration projects with vendor-managed shift rotations under strict compliance and security standards.
