About This Role
- Convert cutting-edge Fujitsu LAB AI research into production-ready Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
- Design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML applications and services including Large Language Models (LLMs) integrated with cloud infrastructure.
- Lead full-stack development, cloud infrastructure architecture, DevOps automation, and system security for AI/ML solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
- 3-5 years professional software development experience with multiple large-scale product projects.
- Hands-on experience completing at least one production deployment of an LLM or machine learning model project.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, JavaScript/React; experience with LLM integration, AWS cloud services, GitHub/GitLab workflows, and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

- Highly autonomous engineer able to independently translate high-level product requirements into detailed technical solutions and deliver with minimal supervision.
- Experienced across full software product lifecycle in AI/ML domains including backend, frontend, cloud, security, DevOps, and system architecture.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, short development cycle environments, capable of mentoring juniors and collaborating cross-functionally.
