About This Role
- Define and own Camunda 8 solution architecture and lead end-to-end migration execution across varying complexity tiers.
- Align process design, security models, integrations, and cutover strategy with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Lead technical coordination including integration validation, reference data migration, and support UAT validation and defect resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15 years overall software engineering experience.
- Proven delivery experience with Camunda 8 in enterprise environments.
- Strong team management and ability to lead technical discussions with client architecture boards.
- Proven migration leadership experience from legacy BPM platforms to Camunda using parallel-run cutover patterns.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in Camunda 8 platform including Zeebe, Operate, Tasklist, and Connectors with strong BPMN 2.0, DMN/FEEL, and Camunda Forms skills.
- Experience coordinating multi-team environments including vendors and client architecture boards.
- Ability to manage complex migration projects involving process design, integration layers, and cutover strategies in enterprise BPM modernization contexts.
