About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM application changes including requirements gathering, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Lead technical design and solution delivery for HCM modules (Core, Talent, Compensation), integrating via APIs and data loads.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and SDLC standards while managing stakeholder engagement and guiding junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery including Oracle HCM Cloud.
- University degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Certification in Oracle HCM is mandatory.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle delivery and strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle HCM modules.

- Experienced hands-on leader with deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise and capability to manage complex integrations and enterprise architecture.
- Capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions with a focus on standard Oracle HCM features.
