About This Role
- Consult with internal clients to translate business requirements into complex software solutions and develop associated algorithms and code.
- Design, test, implement, and maintain software enabling systems to perform specific tasks, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Oversee deployment, release management, and support CI/CD pipelines and automated build, test, and deployment processes according to defined SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- Extended experience in software development, support, and deploying software solutions in outsourced or similar IT environments across multiple geographies.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN), DevOps, automation tooling, source code repositories, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) certifications preferred.
- Workplace type: Hybrid working.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive technical expertise in application design, platform engineering, and multi-technology software environments including hardware, OS, databases, and storage.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-team, multi-geography projects with strong planning and communication across stakeholders.
- Experienced with designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment/release management in enterprise-scale environments.
