About This Role
- Lead and mentor the QA team setting standards and growing automation skills.
- Own and execute the entire test automation strategy for UI (Playwright for Angular/React) and API (Spring Boot and Python microservices).
- Build and maintain CI/CD integrated test pipelines ensuring fast, reliable feedback and release quality gates.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in QA and test automation including leadership or mentoring experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Playwright for UI automation involving Angular and React applications.
- Proficiency in API testing technologies and frameworks such as REST, JSON schema validation, REST Assured, Pytest, Postman.
- Experience with microservices architecture testing (Spring Boot and Python frameworks), MongoDB data handling, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced QA leader comfortable owning quality strategy and making go/no-go release decisions in SaaS or product companies with frequent releases.
- Strong technical operator with deep automation skills in modern SPA frameworks and microservices ecosystems.
- Analytical problem-solver with strong debugging capabilities and experience integrating testing with DevOps practices and performance/load testing.
