About This Role
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Java applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Manage complete software development lifecycle phases including analysis, design, build, test, implementation, and user support for application systems.
- Act as subject matter expert advising senior stakeholders and teams; ensure compliance with laws, policies and risk management related to system development.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience in enterprise application development with Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Hands-on proficiency with Kafka, MQ messaging systems, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build management tools (e.g., Lightspeed), and deployment on OpenShift.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex software projects with demonstrated success in implementation.
- Strong knowledge of consulting and project management techniques with ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Interest or experience in applying AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve software development lifecycle.
