About This Role
- Design, write, and maintain automated UI tests using Playwright for Angular and React applications.
- Build and maintain API automation suites for Spring Boot and Python microservices, including regression and integration testing.
- Own functional and regression testing for assigned product area, including end-to-end data validation and triaging flaky tests in CI pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of QA experience with hands-on test automation.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar UI automation tools (Selenium/Cypress) using TypeScript/JavaScript or Python.
- Solid API testing experience with REST services using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or Pytest.
- Working knowledge of databases for data validation (MongoDB/NoSQL preferred or SQL).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience testing UI and APIs in microservices architecture with cloud-native technologies.
- Comfortable taking ownership of product area quality including test design, defect lifecycle management, and CI test maintenance.
- Knowledge of modern QA automation best practices and tools like Playwright, with ability to contribute to shared test frameworks and processes.
