About This Role
- Develop, design, and maintain scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and modern front-end frameworks like ReactJS or Angular.
- Drive reliability engineering initiatives, including observability, monitoring, incident analysis, and operational excellence to enhance software quality and stability.
- Build and improve self-service platforms and automation solutions to accelerate software delivery and maintain high availability of critical testing environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of overall experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for enterprise application development.
- Proficient with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular, AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale, cloud-native software with strong focus on reliability engineering principles (availability, scalability, SLOs).
- Skilled in modern automated testing frameworks and quality engineering practices, emphasizing automation-first and shift-left testing.
- Able to independently lead technical projects from conception through delivery within globally distributed teams and mentor junior engineers.
