About This Role
- Lead and facilitate Scrum and SAFe agile teams for global Merchandising initiatives related to Planning and Allocations.
- Remove obstacles and manage team dynamics to ensure effective sprint execution and control distractions.
- Collaborate with Product Manager and Product Owner for planning and coordinating deployments of large epics spanning multiple product and shared services teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years experience as Scrum Master, project manager, or program manager with dedicated agile teams using Scrum/SAFe.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools Rovo is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Scrum/SAFe events including Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Program Increment (PI) Planning.
- Work Experience Required: 3-6 years as a Scrum Master/project manager/program manager with agile teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary Scrum teams within global, matrixed environments delivering business impact in retail or related domains.
- Proficient in agile methodologies with capability to handle team dynamics and cross-team coordination for large-scale deployments.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe SM certification preferred, with additional familiarity of mainframe environments and enterprise-wide technology deployments seen as advantages.
